Chella Software bags the order to implement a state of the art billing and revenue mgmt solution

Chella Software was selected by the Dubai Gold and Commodities Exchange (DGCX) a subsidiary of DMCC, UAE to implement a state of the art billing and revenue management system. The platform will be used by DGCX and its wholly owned subsidiary the Dubai Commodity Clearing Corporation. The solution on implementation will allow DGCX to set up various combinations of fees and charges. The high performance architecture of the platform enables computation of very complex fees and charges at extremely high speeds. On implementation, processes that generally take a few hours to complete will be carried out in a few seconds. The billing platform provides an analytics module that will allow DGCX to carry out what-if analysis and scenario analysis when a billing parameter is changed or when a new fees is introduced.
